For a shared community housing trust that comprises about 200 residences, and apartments located in a 1/2 square mile piece of land, with a shared community center, I have roughly estimated the costs for research, development and construction to be between 30 and 60 million dollars; and the time for research, development, and construction, would be from 10 to 30 years, depending on the types of advanced technologies researched and developed to be used in the trust .
A time schedule that I have roughly estimated, would be to spend about 10 years researching, developing, testing and prototyping the above technologies, and then spend another 10 to 20 years constructing the shared housing community trust properties. An investment and construction time schedule may be as follows:
2010:
*Get the secret society, militia, security, and community support, approval, and backing needed.
* Begin the research, development, testing, prototyping, refined legal work and professional counseling and funds collection and investing.
Note: Only accept investments from investors who are forewarned and are willing to take a great risk and can afford to lose whatever they may invest as a mere amusement or interest in supporting such new ideas, technologies, and projects. The main investors and trust owners such as myself should have earned and should contribute the main initial investments that should be close to 20 million dollars, so that the rest of the investments that may come after the basic research and infrastructure and model residences have been built may have less risk. 20 million dollars invested properly over the 10 years research and development phase could also reach close to 40 million dollars. Once the main trust and its properties have been tested, prototyped, constructed and proven to work are sustainable and established, so that member investments are no longer very risky, then small investments from potential new trust members may be accepted.
* Get the architectural plans and technologies approved and conforming to legal codes of a friendly state or nation that welcomes such communities and new technologies development in their community.
* Begin basic and advanced research and development of short base and long term extended goals:
* Research, design, and develop the [Base goals of the trust]
* Research, design and develop the [Advanced and extended long term goals of the trust]
2015 to 2020:
* Buy the 1/2 square mile piece of land (250 to 300 acres - $500,000 to a Million dollars + taxes)
Note: A 1 to 3 square mile piece of land may also be purchased if funds permit so that the trust may expand with additional neighborhoods and a mini-University at a later date. The unused land would be farmed to pay for tax costs. After the first small 60 million dollar neighborhood has been built and perfected, then the funds received from members and investors from the first neighborhood may be used to start additional neighborhoods on the 1 to 3 square mile piece of land. Building several apartment complexes which are cheaper than residences to begin with, and which allow more members to share a smaller space of land, may be one way to increase the number of members at a lower cost with less risk, then later once more members have joined, more residences may be built instead of apartment complexes. The apartment complexes though less in price than a residences, are still meant to be very well crafted luxurious story book style apartment complexes with fireplaces, and elaborate carved decorations in the wood panels etc very similar to some Ivy league tudor style university dorms.
Note: The land should be located in the country about 5 miles from a major city to keep the trust lands quite and pollution free and land taxes low; and so that members of the trust may work part time in the trust, and part time or full time in the city, and also access the city for resources not provided by the trust.
* Build the basic roads, infrastructure (energy production (solar to magnetic, electrical and sound), energy and communication power lines (fiber optic, and cable), water collection cisterns and water transportation plumbing, and waste removal); and landscaping (500,000 dollars) on the land.
Note: If the water collection from air, underground water, and rain water and waste removal technologies (incineration and compost) are perfected very little plumbing will be needed other than rain water run off collection in streets and redirection to water cisterns and residences. What little plumbing and communication and power lines that will be built will be built not under the road but to the side of the roads underground in the space between the roads and the sidewalks so that the roads will not need to be torn up to repair plumbing, communications or power lines.
Note: Crushed stone roads may be used initially until a sponge like porous road material can be developed since they may be healthier than asphalt since cosmic energies may pass through crushed stone to avoid heat energies and cancer caused by from asphalt reflecting cosmic energies. Porous spongy like cobble stone and bricks made from sand may be developed for use in roads and in residences that allow cosmic energies to pass through. If the new road building technologies are perfected that transform dirt or sand placed into a door mat like mold that heats the sand with sound waves into a spongy like crystalline molten lava like substance that has spongy wholes in it so that rain water and cosmic energies may pass through the road and so that the road may also be more safer to drive on then this may also reduce construction costs.
* Use some of the land for community housing and technologies prototype testing, and farm the rest of the land to pay for land taxes until it may be used for the residence construction.
* Build basic security fencing and security sensor technologies on the land (200 to 500 thousand dollars).
* 3 residences could be built as prototype residences on one of the streets, used to test the integration of all the technologies together. One of the residences would act as the shared community center building and would be connected to the other two residences by means of a shared community cable and computer network system, a shared water collection and cistern system, and a shared solar and fuel cell power grid.
* If funds and permission permit some of the Base goals of the trust could be constructed at this point after the above 3 residences have been built, tested, and perfected to some degree to be workable.
* Another less expensive option that may be considered, to get the trust projects started, tested, and working sooner, than suggested above would be to buy out a neighborhood of already built residences, and build a security fence around them and hire a security guard to monitor the neighborhood, and then offer the houses in the neighborhood only to approved trust members. One of the houses, or an additional building could be added to the neighborhood as a community center that is connected to all the other residences in the neighborhood by means of a community shared co-op cable and computer network system. This would still keep the neighborhood safe and secure to some degree by selecting its members and providing security, as well as sharing some resources at the community center. However the houses may not fit the ideal architectural and technological standards of the trust. Many neighborhoods in cities and suburbs on a larger scale could fairly easily, very quickly and inexpensively be upgraded and shared by members of a community trust as suggested above. If the trust has extra funds to use, it could buy out old neighborhoods and upgrade them as suggested above, in addition to building idealistic new story book style neighborhoods out in the county. If buying out older neighborhoods becomes to time consuming or difficult as suggested above, then new neighborhoods can built in the city and in the country which use factory built inexpensive housing and many inexpensive apartment complexes, but yet share resources at a community center, use a security fence and a security guard, and select their members by means of a community trust. The inexpensive shared housing communities could be built on a larger scale, for the average person, while the the more elaborate and more expensive fantasy story book style neighborhoods could be built on a smaller scale for the more distinguished person.
2022:
* Build 25 residences of the shared housing trust per year (100 to 200 dollars per residence on the average or 3 million to 6 million dollars for 25 residences), which would then take about 10 years to build 200 residences. [Story Book Housing Styles & other trust community buildings, and ground plans ]
Note: The shared community center would not be built until enough residences have been built and occupied which may take about 5 to 10 years. Members who join the trust and reside in the residences built before the community center is built may get significant discount on their membership fees and bonus investment incentives.
* If funds permit another option would be to build a shared self sustaining community apartment complex on the land ( About 10 million dollars) very similar to this apartment trust at this link: [A preplanned self-sustaining gated & secure international scholars club house & apartment community trust]
* Another option would be to build the scholars trust, and shared apartment complex on the land, that would act both as a shared community center and the scholars trust.
* Hire social engineer's to research, study, and maintain the social structures of the community.
2027 to 2032:
*Build the main Community Center (Square Farmer's Market like Building with an Old World Bell and Clock Tower at the main entrance, and an inner Court Yard (200 feet by 200 feet) that contains (Apartments, Child & Elderly Day Care, Health Care and Ambulance, Entertainment Center, Cafeteria, Security Center (Atmospheric Monitoring, Remote Sensing, Privacy, Energy and Sound Healing and Anti-aging Force Fields, and AntiPollution Technologies), Emergency Fall Out Shelter, Arts and Crafts Factory and Studios, Community News Paper, Radio and Cable News Agency and Shared Media Cable Network Center, Transportation Center), and associated businesses (Story Book Euro Restaurant, Mini-Grocery Store, Farmer's and Artist Marketplace, Co-Op Farms , Mini-Factory (Yarn, Clothing, Arts and Crafts, Some Marketable Products on the Internet and at local markets, mini-robotics for farming , community maintenance and communication and security (Tiny remotely controlled blimps and hovercraft), Materials production (Nanocarbon metals, sugar cane plastics, etc.), Basic magnetic, sound and electrical circuit board building and programming)). (10 Million dollars).
Develop a super-strong micro-cellular-sized (1mm to 1cm) nano-carbon-plastic(sugar cane resin)-crystalline
flexible netting that can be used to cover a whole community in a net or tent like dome that allows air and
the sun to pass through but is holographically energized with sound, ions and other energies to filter out
all harmful pollutants, energies, microorganisms, chemtrials, and substances. Develop holographic circuit
templates and chips that are powered by solar power that can be placed in each square foot of the dome net
to project tiny healing and filtering holographic force fields around the net. Ideally the net should be
able to cover the area of a whole community a 1 to 3 square miles in diameter and rise above the community
about 1/4 to 1/2 mile. The net dome could also be placed under the ground of the community to form a complete
sphere to filter out harmfull energies, microorganisms and substances in the ground and in the atmosphere.
If the netting crystalline substance could be engineered by means of nano-bio-engineering to grow, heal, and
maintain itself from solar and cosmic energies then this would be even better.
2035 and onwards:
* Plan to build new trust neighborhoods from 200 to 400 residences, if the above trust neighborhood is successful and profitable near each other at first to comprise a small town so that they may share resources and support a local trust university in the town; and then build more trust neighborhoods more
distant from each other at later dates.
Plan to build a new space age university near the trust neighborhoods as suggested
at this link: [Private & Secret Society Trust For Highly Ethical Scholars, Scientists, Intellectuals, Artists, & Refined Cultures ©. ]
Start research and development in space travel technologies. Ideally the local community center in each neighborhood could
eventually be augmented with a spherical or saucer like space ship that may also act as one of the community center buildings
and an emergency relocation space transportation space ship that can transport community members to a safe place in an emergency.
Even with a space ship community center, the other parts and buildings of the community center should yet remain in the old world
story book look and feel, to offer the best of both worlds.the space age and the old story book age.
Communicate with societies on other planets to establish interrelations between the trust companies, members and other planets for
potential space travel to other planets.
