The multiple wave oscillator is made of up a transmitter and recieving resonator
to set up an electromagnetic field in thier vicinity. The subect is placed between
the two oscillators (12 3 to 6 foot fan like spherical disks made up of
steel metal rings with metal balls at each end
of the ring and a small gap between the metal balls that create a spark gap in the rings.
The rings get smaller in size as they approach the center of the disk until the last ring
