Below are depicted 3d animations of some of my plans for flying saucer and hover craft homes and community centers that can presently be built fairly inexpensively:

1. Please note that the saucer homes below depict two separate saucers floors which are connected together and may detach to fly separate from one another.  Depicted in the red neon light like see-through metallic rings around the top and bottom of each saucer floor, are energy collectors, security sensors, force field generators, sound wave levitation and antigravity and security laser beam projectors.  The metallic-plastic-glass like tower, elevator, and elevator pole that the saucer floors are connected to telescopes up into the base of each saucer where the door resides.   The elevator pole delves deep into the ground by means of a drill and may be used to collect water, and house electrical wiring.   There is an emergency mini-flying-saucer placed on the top of the roof of the top saucer floor.  I have yet to place in the animated drawing of the spiral stair case that spirals up around the elevator shaft around the elevator to be used in case the elevator is not working.  Drop down rope ladders may also be used in emergencies in addition to the stairs.  

The saucer homes protect the inhabitants from floods, and from radiation damage reflecting off of the ground, since they are placed 30 to 100 feet above the ground.  When the saucers are equipped to fly they allow the inhabitants the ability to relocate their residence to alternative and safer grounds in emergencies.  I have another animated drawing that I am working on which I will post later, which depicts a larger version of the saucer homes used as shared community centers in planned gated and secure self-sustaining communities that I have designed.  A smaller version of the saucer homes could be built for few hundred thousand dollars, and the price would drop once mass produced.  A saucer home similar to the ones I have designed here is depicted in the hollywood movie Body Double.  Where flying saucers may not allowed without a pilots licence air and sound powered hover craft devices  like the ones posted at http://www.moller.com/ skycar hover car may be used in the saucer homes to allow them to hover above the ground up to 100 feet.

Here below is a small model of the above neighborood placed inside of a domed space ship which protects the neighborhood while it resides on a planet and allows it to travel from one place to another on the planet and between planets:

Here is a picture of the neighborhood inside of the domed space ship docked on a planet like Earth (only half of the spherical domed space ship can be seen since the other half is underground as will be shown in the next picture:

A complete picture of the spherical domed space ship levitating from its docking station on the planet.  Note the underground dome with an underground city in the square protrusion, which also houses space ships, and other goods. The underground dome may be used in outer space to fix space ships:
