The specific purposes for which this basic common law contractual irrevocable
unincorporated pure for profit trust company [Trust Articles, Bylaws, & Declaration Contract]
with certificate unites (TCU)is organized are to provide:

6. To promote just and peaceful international and interplanetary societies, laws, 
ambassador instruction, a space academy and space travel technologies, and a 
place for negotiation and contact between Earth societies, and beneficiaries of the 
trust, including members of the general pubic and international and outer space 
societies, per the approval of the trustees, and beneficiaries of the trust.

7. The goals of the trust such as preservation of culture are more important than profit 
making.  When profit is made it must be made for the benefit of the trust and its goals.  
The Trusts are meant to be local and to benefit the local beneficiaries, clients, and 
customers of the trust, and consequently the trust should strive to hire from the local 
population and culture of the trust even if less profit is to be made.  If the trust makes 
a profit or more profit by global or international trade and ventures with other communities 
and cultures not part of the trust goals, then profit must go back into the trust to be 
applied locally to encourage the local goals of the trust and preserve the local culture
of the trust.  The trusts should strive to be decentralized and self sufficient locally at 
all times as much as possible to prevent centralized hostile takeovers of separate but similar 
trust communities.  

8.The properties of the trust shall be leased by the trust company only 
to applicants that fit the required cultural and company goals of the trust to encourage
the trust goals, and so that the trust properties are kept consistent in culture, 
richness and architecture over the ages to preserve the trust cultures and goals.  
Pre-qualification application forms shall be used to filter and screen applicants, 
clients customers, and investors.  Each trust or branch trust may define the local culture 
of the trust in the trust definition to be unique for each local culture and trust.

9. The cultural preservation technologies promoted by the trust shall be 
to encourage cultures to preserve their local cultural beliefs and 
traditions, by means of positive and peaceful legal self defense in 
terms of definitions and beliefs which decentralize the main trust 
from the branch trusts, so that each different world culture may 
encourage its own unique cultural traditions, and no other branch 
trust may attempt to control any other branch trust to encourage 
globalism or federalism of centralized power, since all of the 
branch trusts are unique and independently owned, and
only share the common name of the trust with unique branch names.

Separate branch trust charters prevent federalistic and globalistic power
systems from forcing integration or beliefs upon the trust or a culture,
which may destroy a culture.  Some of the trusts may freely choose to
define the trust to integrate cultures, while some of the trusts may
choose to define their trust to segregate cultures, but this is left
up to the trustees, and local culture, that define the trust. In this
way all cultures whether segregated or integrated may express their
beliefs locally, and may not force their beliefs on other cultures
or trusts globally.

The main trust focuses on North American and European cultures, and
branch trusts may be set up for all other world cultures.

10. The trust also promotes an international common law court, and law
societies, which any society, both official and secret on Earth may
access to defend their basic common law constitutional
rights to constitutional and universal
rights of life, health, happiness, privacy,
safety, employment, security, access to resources,
local cultural preservation and selection of culture, justice, and
sanctuary.

Common laws may vary between cultures and belief systems locally, but common
laws follow a standard legal procedure, and may share common laws globally
to all cultures, such as basic common law rights. The common law is meant
to primarily defend and preserve the liberties of individuals, societies,
and cultures locally and globally to have a minimum set of basic common law 
rights of life, health, happiness, privacy, safety, employment, security, 
access to resources, local cultural preservation and selection of culture,
justice, and sanctuary.

An international common law court that can be accessed by any individual,
or organization globally and locally, can allow any two parties two resolve
any dispute, locally, and globally. Any two parties can contract the
international court services to resolve the dispute using an agreed upon
common law system, between the two parties.

The method of enforcement of the court ruling of the dispute, can
be agreed upon by the parties involved in the dispute. The international
common law ruling can be brought to courts in local nations, to enforce
the ruling based on local law, or the ruling can be willing agreed to by
the parties involved to resolve the dispute. Eventually an international
common law court could become recognized officially, by nations, and the
international community, and until then it may act as a international 
tribunal service, and the people's defender of common law constitutional 
legal rights, globally. Presently many international courts follow the 
universal commercial code, when the parties involved are nations, so that 
individuals cultures, and any organization which is not a nation, may have 
no access to an international court, or legal rights locally and globally, 
so that the above international common law court services promoted by the 
trust are needed globally.

The trust may independently contract out law and
law enforcement professionals world wide, to resolve legal matters 
and disputes internationally, locally and globally, that the trust 
supports, and that clients of the trust, contract
with the trust to resolve a given dispute.

Some world and universe citizens and cultures exist between cultures, 
such as celebrities, world leaders, royalty, and secret societies and 
secret cultures, and such citizens and cultures may need a universal 
common law legal identity to protect their basic constitutional
rights on Earth and in the local universe, since nations may not recognize 
or protect the rights of such individuals and cultures, due to their 
minority, hidden, and in between cultural and social status on Earth.

Common law identities and court and constitutional
rights may be set up which are classified between the client and the trust, 
and which keep the person's identity and personal information secret, so that 
the person may have a legal identity on Earth, and access to legal protection 
in a common law court, while protecting the persons privacy and minority or
secret cultural status.

Part of the trust goals are to protect the common law constitutional
rights in general of ordinary, elite, secret
persons and societies, and cultures, who have no protection on Earth from 
any nation or society, to defend their person and culture, often due to a 
minority or secret social status. Many secret societies that protect secret 
persons and societies on Earth, often do not follow constitutional common 
laws in their society, to allow the person to support positive, peaceful, 
just common law space age societies, and this trust, is a society, which 
will follow just common constitutional laws and rights for all members
of the society, and to allow secret persons and societies to support positive,
peaceful, just common law space age societies world wide and throughout 
the universe.

In order to defend the member's social rights
and common law court rights, the trust may make agreements with secret 
and official organizations and societies on Earth and throughout the 
universe to defend such social and legal rights.

Part of the sanctuary services may include the promotion of just and peaceful
interplanetary space age societies, laws, ambassador instruction, a space
academy, and a place for private and classified negotiation and contact between
Earth societies, and beneficiaries of the trust, including members of the
general pubic and extraterrestrial and secret societies, per the approval of the
trustees, and beneficiaries of the trust.

10. Some of the offices of the trust may have to be located on an Island or a
common law USA district where federal statutes do not prevent the contact
between E.T. societies, secret societies, and Earth citizens and companies.

11. The trust also encourages preservation and defense of local cultures

that may be researched, and encouraged at the trust, and
