Previous emails posted to Private Investigators, and others interested
This email is posted for any private investigator or relative of mine who may be interested in any other emails and web pages that I have posted at www.rhfweb.com/personal.html and at www.rhfweb.com concerning organizations targeting my person, family members, relatives and associates with energy beam weapons and other types of advanced technologies such as time travel energy beam technologies and weather control technologies that can target persons back in time including my distant relatives. According to my official ancestry resaerch I am related to royalists from Scottland and England on my father's side, and I may be distantly related to Johan Sebastian Bach and Venus on my mother's side, since my mother was born in Eisenach Germany, where Bach and Venus lived. I have relatives from Scottland, Ireland, France, Germany, and the United Kingdom according to official ancestry research. Since the organizations targeting me and my associates and relatives target us with computer technologies that control beam weapons that are programed to target us in split seconds in the present and in the past, then any private investigator or relative who may be interested in helping me would most likely have to stop those targeting us covertly without my knowledge before contacting me. I would expect that any private investigator or relative who may stop those targeting me and my associates, and relatives, would also get a reward and compensation for doing so, so that it would be worth their time and be acceptable to me as a fair business contract between the two of us.
It does seem to me that any relative or private investigator trying to help me, would need to have powerful contacts with organizations which work with E.T.'s and inner Earth societies, so that they could not only discover who is targeting me and my relatives now and in the past, why, and with what technologies, but also so that they could stop them permanently, and get compensation for themselves, and for myself which should include funds needed for starting a new life, healing damages done to the body and restoring the body to its proper form, and a new identity with contacts with organizations that will and can continue to protect us here on Earth and on other planets if we should also travel there some day, and especially if Earth should become to unfriendly or uncomfortable for us to live here safely.
I received emails from persons claiming to represent government agencies and other organizations which claimed that the NSA and CIA were targeting my person and associates with energy beam weapons, and which encouraged me to file cases in US Federal Court. I have posted some cases but not all that I filed with the US government due to email requests at the www.rhfweb.com web site such as Civil Liberties Case Filed, Civil Case No: 1-02-CV-782, Case No: 03-1343, Supreme Court Petition , where I asked the US government to stop targeting me and my associates and relatives with beam weapons and any other form of advanced technology based on constitutional grounds as well as compensate me for damages done, which in my case amounted to loss of employment which I calculated to be 1 million dollars. The cases went to the supreme court but were not granted for official review by the supreme court so that I assumed the cases to be a draw or were to controversial to handle publicly, and may be handled in a more private matter. In any case once filing the cases with the US Government, NSA, and the CIA in US Federal Court, it then becomes the responsibility of the US government to stop targeting my person and associates, even if I had not proved everything in court, since the government is now aware of the claims officially and should look into them. After filing the cases in court with the US government, I then received email and phone calls from persons claiming to be former government agents such as FBI agents who claimed that the US military working for the NSA was indeed targeting myself and Michigan citizens with beam weapons as if they looked into who was targeting me after I had filed the case which brought the matter to their attention. I also later received emails showing that the CIA did indeed control families and organizations to target all USA citizens with energy beam weapons. I received phone calls from secret organizations which also claimed that the US government was targeting my person with energy beam weapons but that it was super classified. I read internet posts of presidential papers which showed that the US government and military were working with the mafia to target US citizens with beam weapons and other advanced technologies and that the US government controls virtually all criminal and secret society organizations and business organizations, so that the US government becomes responsible for all of the acts of the criminal, secret and business organizations with which it works and controls. I received emails from the police claiming that the US government controls them and forces them do things that the should not. I also received phone calls and emails from persons claiming that the US government also gives grants to universities to study US citizens who are victims of mind control and beam weapons attacks and who are allowed to US governmental resources to do so, but then also the US government pits the University staff against it students to frame both of them and to destroy the University environment in the USA, while at the same time the US government agents aid and abet criminals by hiding the technologies that they give to the universities, businesses, and criminal organizations to target US and USA citizens. I received emails claiming that the US government targets colleges students especially those with engineering degrees like myself to destroy the USA economy and culture. I received emails claiming that the US government targets with beam weapons persons who work in alternative energies and cold fusion technologies as I do. I also allege that the US government uses computer systems which are programed with virtual reality and artificial reality objects that simulate and pretend to be other persons and whole societies of people, such as myself and my relatives back in time, which allow the US government to place holographic sound and energy beam templates of animated cartoon like characters that they create in computer animations over and in people and whole societies in the present and in the past to remotely control them and to force them to be a certain way and do certain things, which means that the US government can and has gone back in time to control the whole of history and all persons in history with a computer program to force them to play out the roles that they were forced to play, but the US government also hides its activities by placing the blame of the government on persons and organizations like Universities that it has programed and uses as a scape goats to attempt to cover up its activities, and to attempt to destroy and collapse civilized societies. I also received emails from persons claiming to be government agents who were claiming to be giving me the information they gave me hoping that the government would get caught and stopped from destroying the USA society, since they claimed that the US government working for third world and underworld organizations was attempting to genocide and destroy 95 percent of all life on Earth and in the USA by 2012 or around then to cover up all of its crimes which were also causing the US government to go broke around 2012. I then received emails which discussed time travelers from around 2100 to 2200 not friendly to the US government, who came back in time and who claimed that the world does not end around 2012 as the US government would have us believe, since the US government loses its power and control over others around 2012, and that a revolution in the USA will create a better future on Earth and end the crimes and atrocities of the US government around 2005 to 2012.
I then received emails and phone calls hinting that secret organizations that work with the US government may compensate me for the damages done to my person, and other family members and relatives, since the matters I brought up in the cases presented above were not only classified, but were also to controversial to handle publicly and may be handled in a more private matter. This then would allow a private investigator and relative of mine to contact the organizations working with the US government to get compensation for us and to stop the attacks upon us once and for all.
In Michigan where I reside presently, and for most of my life, it is illegal to target persons with energy beam weapons and with other types of advanced technologies that threaten their person, so that I have sent a letter to the Attorney General Of Michigan about the matter and posted it also at my www.rhfweb.com website [ Letter Sent To Michigan Attorney General ]. I spoke with others who also claimed that the US government has no legal rights to target me or others with energy beam weapons, and according to the cases I filed in Federal Court they should not be targeting me else it violates my constitutional rights in the least case and some federal statures on other cases. There may be other organizations such as other governments and other criminal organizations that may be targeting my person, family members, and associates, and relatives in addition to the US government, so that a private investigator and relative interested in helping me should also consider other organizations in addition to the US government.
I filed a case with the United Nations as posted at the www.rhfweb.com website petition, so that the UN is now responsible for stopping any organizations it works with, from targeting myself, my family, my associates, and relatives with beam weapons or any other form of advanced technology based on UN laws and treaties. I sent a letter with a copy of the case I filed in US court and in the UN court to the German Embassy in Chicago, asking for asylum, since my mother was born in Germany and some of those targeting me are anti-Germanic, but the German Embassy stated that the UN had not declared the US as a dangerous state yet, so they could not help me, however Germany is officially aware of these above matters also. I have sent letters to the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, Tony Blair, about the above matters, and he kindly responded, stating that he could not help me also but nonetheless the United Kingdom is also aware of these above matters officially. I sent a letter to my congressman Nick Smith and the FBI about he above matters, and they also kindly responded and are officially aware of them but they have not done anything officially that I am aware of, other than to have a former FBI person contact me with another person who no longer works for the US government as I stated above.
I have given friendly persons and organizations the rights by email to monitor my person with remote sensing technologies for historical reasons and to aid and protect me, so that any friendly investigator or relative may do so.
