RE: Supplement 3: Response to the Order for extension of Time, Petition for Restraining Order Request and Additional Evidence for the Judge and Attorneys to review for Civil Case No: 1-02-CV-782.

Civil Case No: 1-02-CV-782, Thomas D. Clark Plaintiff, vs. United States of America, National Security Agency, Defendant, to Hon. Gordon J. Quist, United States Judge.

Dear Honorable Judge and Attorneys:

I have enclosed (Supplement 3, Exhibit 1) a letter sent to me from the NSA which may help the US attorney, in the above Order for extension of Time which I agreed with, to locate the Administrative Procedure Act request that I filed with the NSA on May 16.

I have also provided additional evidence in this supplement, and arguments, to show international agreements that the US government, corporations and associated organizations have, to use mind control media on US on US corporate and USA citizens. I have enclosed (Supplement 3, Exhibit 2), which has evidence to show that the directors of US TV networks and publishers, are trained by the CIA, which is funded and controlled by British Intelligence, which is also controlled by Global Technology World Alliance in Australia, and the United Nations, to maintain domestic psychological control on US citizens by using mass media brainwashing techniques in the media as a form of psychological warfare on US citizens, to break down the will power of US citizens, for means of encouraging a secret global communist government in the US, allied with the United Nations by means of secret international agreements made between the US, States in the US, and the United Nations and other world nations and organizations:

"The mass media is used to maintain domestic psychological control.
According to Dr. John Coleman, the directors of the US TV networks, major
newspapers and publishers were all handpicked by British intelligence
(which organized the CIA.) For example, before becoming head of CBS,
William Paley was trained in mass brainwashing techniques at Tavistock.
(The Committee of 300; pp. 248-249)"

Restraining Order Request

1. I also ask your honor, to consider issuing a permanent restraining order, from this day forward, on the US government and corporations, and all of its secret associations, international agreements, and organizations that it has with the United Kingdom, the United Nations, Global Technology World Alliance in Australia, Global Echelon Surveillance in New Zealand and elsewhere and any other secret organizations, to not use any form of mind control media, physiological warfare, signals intelligence, brainwashing, surveillance, subliminal media, holographic infrared media, remote control of physical bodily functions by means of energy or radio waves, and directed energies to target my person, local airspace, and associates, within 100 meters. I should be able to ask your honor to protect the privacy and airspace around my person and associates in a restraining order, issued by your honor, and the Court. Your may also consider issuing a similar restraining order as above to protect all US citizens from US or secret agreements that the US government and corporations has with other organizations to use mind control media on US citizens, since this case may apply to all US citizens, per you honor’s discretion and order.

Any type of mind control media, signals intelligence, and directed energies, used to target US citizens in general and myself in specific, is an assault, a form of stalking, a physical threat, in addition to a privacy violation, which should allow a restraining order to be issued on the US government and organizations, to protect myself and other US citizens.

2. I do have secret agents, organized criminal organizations, terrorists, and other US citizens coerced into stalking and threatening me and my associates, on a daily basis by some form of surveillance, directed energies, remote control of physical bodies by means of radio and sound waves, and mind control media, used on us daily, in the United States, which I assume the US government, has authorized officially, secretly, or is intentionally ignoring. It is the responsibility of the FCC and other governmental organizations to monitor the US airspace, to make sure it is safe for US citizens, so that the FCC and other US government agencies, has to be intentionally ignoring the FCC laws in relation to US citizens. The above restraining order request, is also similar to an order to prevent secret agents in the US, and other organizations from stalking and threatening me and my associates, with surveillance, directed energies and mind control media.
