Dear Honorable Judge and Attorneys:

I have provided additional evidence, and arguments, which shows that space based weapons systems and other types of spy satellite, normal communication satellite, and communication systems, are used by world governments, including the US government, by nations of the world working together through international agreements to use world satellite and space based weapons systems, to spy on, and also control the mental and physical health of world citizens and US citizens, and that these spy and space based systems harm the health of US and world citizens.

The world satellite systems are broken up into two global political and international legal regions, one of which is in the West covering the North and South Americas, and the other in East covering Eurasia and Africa, according to government documents. The US government must apply, to place satellite and space based weapons systems in the satellite space above the Eurasia legal and political regions by applying with the United Kingdom, so that those satellites and space based weapons systems may be used on US citizens and other world citizens. I have one email which substantiates, the fact that the US already has space based weapons system in the UK which may be used on US citizens, through formal agreements, (Enclosure 1, Supplemental Exhibit 1 Star Wars, World Actions by Duncun of Nexus Magazine). Two individuals who support a legal claim or fact in court by email, news article publication, or other evidence, can be considered as evidence in court, so that these emails I present, are witness testimonies from other world and US citizens, and professional experts, that sent the emails to me.

I already enclosed in exhibit A. Official U.S. Government Non-Lethal Weapons Technologies (Directed Energies, and Chemical Weapons) Agencies and Programs

in the original case filed, articles on global Echelon surveillance projects which substantiates that the global Echelon satellite system, is used by world nations such as the US government, by making international agreements, to ask other nations states to spy on US citizens with satellite, space based weapons, and other spying technologies, with the agreement that US governmental spy satellites resources may also be used by other nation states on their own citizens, and other nation states citizens, to avoid the legal requirements of a nation state not using spy satellites on its own citizens, since other nation states are using their spy satellites on world and US citizens, per secret agreement made between the US and other nations to achieve this, as a means of a legal loophole.

There are also publicly documented agreements in the UK called Tetra, to allow the UK government to use communication satellite surveillance on UK police to control the police, which is being debated in the UK parliament presently, which I have enclosed as (Enclosure 2, Supplemental Exhibit 2, UK Tetra System). And it is shown in the document in enclosure 2, that communication satellites and radio frequencies in the range of 17.6 Hz Elf, cause harm to the health of the police and other citizens, by causing irreversible brain damage by disturbing the calcium and sodium ions in the brain, and also affect memory, and neural patterns which can lead to behavioral and character changes. The US government may also have a similar system as the UK tetra system presented above, and any surveillance or imaging technology used by the US government or by other nation states on US citizens could affect the health of any US citizen as stated above. US News and World report also documented the development of space based weapons that were being developed by the US government, USA NEWS & World Report, July 7, 1997 Wonder Weapons (Lasers, Vortex Weapons, Acoustic Weapons, & Microwaves).

An article posted on the internet by a music professor, (Enclosure 3, Supplemental Exhibit 3 DNA Sound and Infrared Frequencies), shows how DNA infrared frequencies can be encoded into music and sound patterns. For example, DNA Adenine has the sound frequency of 545.6 Hz and the UV frequency of 1250. Inteferometeric Infrared, UV, and sound waves used in ordinary imaging satellites, and spy satellites and space based weapons systems change the structure and affect the health of the DNA of a US or World citizen, who’s body is hit by random infrared, UV and sound frequencies from satellites and from programmed infrared, UV, and sound frequencies that match DNA patterns, from space based weapons systems and spy satellites.

It is documented that the US government’s NSA and National Reconnaissance Office (NRO), has used billions of dollars in secret funds, and plans to use close to 25 billion dollars in new projects, to build secret spy imagery satellites, and star wars based systems (Enclosure 4, Supplemental Exhibit 4, NRO Budgets and Programs). The budget of the Intelligence Agency in the US was 30 billion in 2000. There are plenty of US governmental programs and funds being used on spy and space based intelligence programs.

The CIA and other government agencies also use remote satellite imagery sensing technologies, which can travel back in time, to monitor, and target a person or object. Physicists already have proven theories which show how to send photons and neutrons back in time, which was posted by the Boston Globe about Professor Ron Mallett at the University of Connecticut entitled, A Professor’s time travel idea fires up imagination on 4/5/2002. The remote sensing technologies used by the US government use infrared photons and other plasma subatomic particles, to travel back in time to see and also target individuals or groups with interferometric infrared, UV, sound and other satellite energies and technologies. This makes it possible for the US government in the future, and presently to monitor, and target US and World citizens back in time, with infrared remote sensing technologies.
