Updated Mind Control statement sent to the US and USA
Government
Dear US, USA, and World Governments:
I, Thomas Daniel Clark, am writing this statement to request
that congress and other agencies in the US and USA government check into
and end all public, secret, super secret, shadow governmental programs, and
agreements made by outsourcing, to use surveillance, mind control, directed
energy weapons, chemical and nuclear technologies, weather control
technologies, or any other type of technology and program which violates
the constitutional rights and/or harms the health, happiness and privacy
rights of any US and USA citizen, which includes myself, family and associates.
I have sent letters to the FBI and Congressman Nick Smith in
Jackson Michigan, which are on file notifying them about remote sensing,
mind control and directed energy weapons attacks targeting my person, family
and associates in the US and USA. I have also filed a petition
on 10/18/01, with the United Nations Human Rights Committee, United Nations
c/o OHCHR-UNOG, RE: 1503 Procedure Submittal, 1211 Geneva 10, Switzerland
submitted for consideration under the 1503 Procedure,
and under the International Criminal Court procedures. I also filed
a petition with the US Department of Health, the Food and Drug
Administration, around 1998, to ask them to enforce Radiation Health
Protection Act policies to protect USA citizens from radiation attacks, but
the FDA stated that they were limited to governmental policies to not do
so.
I have filed cases in US Federal Court and the Court of
Federal Claims to show that many governmental programs and policies were
unconstitutional and should not be used to violated the constitutional rights
of US and USA citizens, but one case was dismissed in the Court of Federal
Claims, Civil Rights Case No: No:03-2769C, Clark v.s. US, even though
ample evidence was presented, since government agents are immune from their
actions, and since constitutional violations cannot be sued for relief; and
another case filed in US Federal Court, Civil Case No: 1-02-CV-782 Clark
vs. US, was appealed, Appeals case Case No: 03-1343, to the Supreme court
since the lower courts refused to look at the constitutional arguments, and
the Supreme Court, Supreme Court Case No: 03-62-95, denied the petition
to review the case. The case sent to the Supreme Court, was intended
to show that it was unconstitutional for government agencies to make agreements
or have policies to use mind control, space based weapons, and directed
energy weapons technologies on US and USA citizens, but the lower courts
misread the case and assumed that I was suing just for a tort complaint when
it was really a constitutional complaint which I thought could be granted
relief as a tort complaint under constitutional grounds which needed no evidence,
even though I presented ample email evidence to prove some of the
assertions in the case.
I became aware of the mind control, surveillance, and remote
sensing attacks on my person around October of 1994, when I spoke
with a person claiming to be representing President Bill Clinton.
At that time I was aware that I was under some type of surveillance which
I thought was coming from organized crime and gangs who had been framing
me by stalking me, and encouraging me to defend myself from the stalking,
which resulted in the stalkers filing false complaints with the local
police to get me in trouble for defending myself from their stalking attacks,
but then I became more aware that the surveillance may be coming from the
US government and other nation states using directed energy and microwave
subliminal sound and scalar wave media messages on my associates to force
them to frame me and get me in trouble.
Later I also became aware of the directed energy beam weapons
attacks on my person around 1996, while residing deep in the Mountains in
a National Forest in a tent in Ashland Oregon near Mount Ashland, where I
received directed energy burns on my skin, and subliminal sound and scalar
wave media and energy attacks, which has continued to occur to this day.
I reported these mind control and radiation attack events to the
local police in Ashland Oregon and in Lansing, Michigan which
are on police report files. I also won a case in local probate
court to show that the mind control attack claims were not due to a
mental illness, and that I had seizures caused by the alleged mind control
attacks.
Around 1998, I received emails and evidence to show that directed
energy weapons and remote sensing projects developed around 1996 and 1997
by the US Government and other nation states, were used to go back in time
to target US and USA citizens such as myself with directed energy and remote
sensing to remotely control us. I then realized that the seizures that
I had starting around 1986, where caused by directed energy weapons targeting
my person potentially coming from the future around 1996.
I was still under the impression that the mind control, beam
weapons, and remote sensing targeting me was coming from foreign nations
outside of the US and USA, such as from Australia, Japan, China,
Russia, South America, Africa, and the United Kingdom, more so
than from the US government. I also felt that some of the directed
energy and remote sensing attacks may be coming from societies living in
the inner hollow Earth, in the crust of the Earth in caverns, and from outer
space on the moon, and from other planets.
Then I received emails and phone calls from anonymous sources
which claimed to be representing government agents from the FBI and the US
Military, who stated that the US National Security Agency, Space Agency,
and some other even more secret US agencies and programs, were targeting
me, my family and associates in specific, and many US and US citizens
in Michigan with mind control, beams weapons, and space based energy weapons,
since some agencies in the US government had been taken hostage by drug dealers
from Mexico, Africa, and China, and other nations states, and were also
contracted out to use US governmental recourses to target US and USA citizens
with mind control, directed energies, and remote sensing.
I then received emails that showed that the United Nations,
the Illuminati, and many other nations states had plans to target
the US and USA with weather control technologies to create and ice age in
North America and Europe; and to control and destroy North American lands
in the USA until then by United Nations policies designed to destroy
all Western societies and especially white Caucasian races, and so I sent
an email complaint to the FBI, and a complaint of National Security Concern
with potential Fraudulent misuse of Military recourses to the US Navy

about the United Nation's and Illuminati's policies to use weather control
and other programs to destroy North America and the USA.
I also believe that even if the US and USA government were to
not have policies or make outsourcing agreements to target US and USA citizens
with advanced remote control, beam weapons, and mind control
technologies, we may still be targeted by other nations states, organize
crime and secret societies using the same technologies on us. But every
little bit may help, and if the US and USA government can monitor the airspace
around the US and USA, to stop its own agencies, and other nations states,
organized crime and secret societies from targeting US and USA citizens then
we would be fine. The biggest problem seems to be that other nations
states, organized crime and secret societies can bribe or contract out the
US and USA government with billions of dollars to target US and USA citizens,
and at the same time threaten the US and USA government and agents with unpaid
debts, and with directed energy and weather control weapons so that it is
difficult and may not be worth their effort to protect US and USA citizens
from their own policies, the policies of other nations, organized crime,
and secret societies. If the US and USA government could get friendly
outer space societies with unlimited wealth and resources to offer their
resources and expertise to the US and USA government to allow them to protect
US and USA citizens from other nation states, organized crime, and secret
societies, then we would be fine.
I have started international common and business law courts
and security companies to protect all world citizen's privacy and health
from remote sensing, mind control, and beam weapons attacks, under the following
