Responsibilities & Immigration Laws of Earth & other Planets

If some societies and individuals on Earth, need to relocate to other planets in the solar system or the universe, since they are not able to live on Earth due to repression or other forces encouraging them to leave Earth, then those societies and individuals, should consider the consequences of how their societies, and individual beliefs, may affect other planet's histories, futures, and cultures.  Also other planets in the solar system and universe should be responsible, to their own planet, other planets and Earth, by encouraging individuals and societies to live good lives on Earth, so that they do not have to leave Earth.  If some individuals and societies are forced and allowed to leave Earth, since they do not fit in, either by some natural law, or by the irresponsibility of Earth or other planets, then the other planets, should have those persons and societies relocate to a space ship, and not to another planet.  A space ship can be tailored made for each person and society on Earth, that does not fit in on Earth, who has been forced and allowed to leave Earth.

I came up with the above conclusions, since I am a citizen on Earth who really wanted to live on Earth, and did his best to stay on Earth, but who's culture was completely destroyed, in the past 20 years by cultural warfare, and who is not being allowed to live nor die anywhere on Earth.   I am being encouraged to leave Earth by the forces on Earth, but I do not want to go to a planet where I am not welcome, and would be happy to be allowed to die or live on a space ship, if unwelcome on other planets.  I also feel ashamed, to have to ask E.T.'s, higher beings, or outer space societies from other planets, for help to leave Earth, and repair the damages done to my body, and social life. 

Other planets will most likely be very different from my culture, that I grew up with that I am trying to preserve or relive, and I may not be able to fit in on another planet.  And even if I am able to learn a new language, and culture from another planet, similar to my culture on Earth, my past history, genes, and beliefs, that my children may inherit, may not fit in on another planet either.   Since I have not had any children, no one in the Universe may be wise enough to know what my children will be like on Earth or on another planet and how this may affect their history and future, even if my genes, and memories are repaired and I learn the language and beliefs of another culture on another planet, before I have children.   E.T. societies, and planets, should have been encouraging me to live on Earth, many years back, so that I would not have to be encouraged to leave Earth now.   Since Earth is connected to the Universe and other planets, and since I have royal ancestry related to E.T. societies, when my culture was destroyed on Earth, in the past 20 years, this may have greatly changed the structure of the universe and other planets in the past 20 years also.  It seems that E.T. societies wanting to keep their societies and the structure of the universe stable, would have encouraged me stay on Earth, and  supported my culture on Earth, so that the universe would remain stable.

Now that Earth has changed, and I am not allowed to live nor die on Earth, and I am being encouraged to leave Earth, and if I am allowed to leave Earth, then I must remain on a spaceship perhaps for many years, tailored made for my culture and beliefs, and to allow me to learn other E.T. cultures, and beliefs, to decide if I could ever relocate to anther planet.  I may have to have children on a space ship first, after learning another culture and language, to see if the children, will fit in on the planet, before I can relocate to another planet.  It may be that I or my children may not be able to live on other planets, and I may have to remain in a space ship or be allowed to die, since I and my children may no longer be able to live or die on Earth or on other planets. 

I feel that my culture and spirit, was from the 1960’s to the late 1970’s of Earth’s history, and from the early 1800’s from my grandparent’s spirit, which founded the modern constitutional governments in the US, UK and Europe. and that I am a very neutral person on Earth, where as most other societies on Earth, since the 1980’s have become very neutral evil or better yet very empty and spiritless or materialistic in a communistic sense of the word.  I believe that I picked up the spirit of the new energies that Earth entered into around 1962, when I was born, which are higher dimensional energies and spirit, and that much of my spirit and beliefs comes not from the past of Earth, but from the future of Earth or other planets, and that most of my relatives on Earth now and in the past, picked up my spirit, from this age which was amplified, back in time.

I do not feel that I am a neutral good or pure good person yet, but a person who is neutral and shifts to neutral good and pure good quite often, and avoids neutral evil, but sometimes shifts that way also minimally, due to the nature of being neutral.   I feel that being neutral is the best position for being just and fair, since one must understand other cultures, both good and evil to be just and fair.  I seem to have been brought up to be a negotiator, but I have lost most of my ability to be unbiased, to other cultures on Earth, over the past 10 years, so that I am no longer a good negotiator, and I am becoming less neutral at times, approaching becoming neutral good more often, but still sometimes shifting to neutral evil, though minimally, due to addictions picked up in the past 10 years from the media on Earth. 

I feel that after getting over the mind control addictions that have been implanted in me over the past 10 years by the media on Earth, primarily encouraging me to have sex and children, with women who are neutral evil, I would become very idealistic, and neutral good or pure good.   I presently seem to have the higher dimensional abilities of the 4th, 5th, and 6th dimensions, allowing for mental time, and energy manipulation in the local and global environment.  I have some telepathic abilities, but I need to change many of my memories and habits, before I could be around other telepaths, since they would pick up my bad memories and cycles, and I would be ashamed.  I would need to be placed on a space ship, by myself with a computer and holographic holodeck and with a few E.T.’s or androids, to allow me to change my body, genes, and memories, by means of biofeedback in the holodeck with a computer in the ship, over many years, to learn the ways of other E.T. cultures and societies, and to change my memories and genes, so that I could be around other E.T.’s and telepaths later,  and so that I do not change their beliefs, and I am not ashamed of my memories, and bad habits.  Then I would need to also spend many years on a spaceship, to see if I can live with other E.T.’s, and relocate to another planet.

This above process, may have to be applied to every person on Earth who may want or have to leave Earth.  And if other planets and E.T.’s societies, do not want me or other persons on Earth who do not fit in, to leave Earth, then it seems that other E.T.’s societies should at least send androids, and clones to Earth to work with us, to help us make a better future for Earth, so that people are not encouraged  or do not have to leave Earth.

I feel that I have a responsibility to improve Earth’s future even if I may not be allowed to live on Earth in the future, since my culture no longer exists on Earth, and may not be a part of Earths future.  Even if I am able to encourage a better future for Earth, and the culture is more similar to mine, I still may not be able to live on Earth in the future, since my personal culture and social image has been completely destroyed on Earth, by cultural warfare from other cultures primarily a darker version of communistic cultures on Earth against my culture in the past 20 years.  My culture is most similar to the early ancient Greek cultures and common law Nordic, European, Celtic, and Germanic cultures, on Earth, which is where most of my royal ancestry comes from, which may be from Andromeda, and not this galaxy or solar system.
