Dear FBI:
I have sent this letter as an update to notify your office about the
circumstances below.
I have sent letters to the FBI in Washington D.C. around 5/2000, and to my
congressman, and to President Bush to notify them that I was having problems
with organizations targeting my person , family, associates, and local community
in Lansing Michigan with surveillance, energy beam weapons (sound, ion, emf,
neutrino, gas plasma), and synthetic telepathy (maser & sound subliminal
messages, computer generated artificial reality feelings, and emotions).
The FBI in Washington D.C., kindly responded to my letter and thanked me,
and informed me to send additional information to the FBI in Detroit and
Lansing, Michigan. Later I sent additional letters to the FBI
in Lansing and Detroit which were read and noted on file, and I made several
phone calls to the FBI in Detroit and Lansing while being attacked and threatened
by energy beam weapons.
Later I received phone calls and emails from persons claiming to indirectly
represent the US government such as the FBI and congressman, who claimed
that the US military was targeting residents in Michigan with energy beam
weapons, and that an FBI agent had quit his job with the US government to
help Michigan residents file a case against the US military for targeting
them with energy beam weapons. I also received emails from persons
claiming to directly represent the US military, and claming that the National
Security Agency was forcing the US military to target US and USA citizens
with energy beam weapons. I was then encouraged by the persons
indirectly representing US government agents to file two cases, namely,
a case in US Federal Court against the National Security Agency - Civil Case
No: 1-02-CV-782, Appeal Case No: 03-1343, and Supreme Court Petition No.
03-6295; and a case against the US Government & Associates in the U.S.
Court of Federal Claims- Case No: 03-2769C (Judge Miller) . I
also later received emails from persons who indirectly claimed to represent
the police, that stated that the US government had hired out persons at
Universities in Florida by means of government grants, to study and target
persons and myself with energy beam weapons in addition to whatever else
they may be doing with top secret government black operations.
I have also received emails claiming that the US military is working
with members in organized crime especially in Texas, and the southern states
who are targeting myself and other citizens in the northern states with energy
beam weapons as a kind of secret civil war between the southern states and
northern states. I read presidential papers commissioned by Rockefeller
that claimed that the US military and NASA are working with organized crime,
to cover up governmental activities. I then noticed that NASA space
agencies are in Florida and Texas, and may have been used to place space
based energy beam weapons in outer space to be used by government agents
in Florida and Texas, to control all of the other states by means of energy
beam weapons attacks and threats targeting them.
I also sent letters to the Attorney General in Michigan enclosed as Exhibit
1, since Michigan has state laws that make it illegal for any government
agent or any one else to target Michigan residents with energy beam weapons
or any other type of electronic, chemical, or nuclear weapons - Michigan
Penal Code Act 328 of 1931 was updated in section 750.200i and section
750.200h to protect Michigan citizens from emf, radiation, sound and
electronic harassment attacks that are intended to frighten, terrorize,
intimidate, threaten, harass, injure, or kill.
The main reason that I am once again writing this letter sent to your agency,
is to notify you that the organizations targeting me are using weather control
(rain storms, clouds, and lightening bolts) to target my person and the community
around me in Lansing, Michigan on a regular basis. The organizations
have also been coercing persons around me with energy beam weapons to stalk
me in the streets with dogs, and to influence potential upcoming election
results in favor of the Bush/Clinton republican/democratic platforms which
are all southern political platforms to prevent a third party and other
non-Bush/Clinton platforms from being elected, as if the southern states
are attempting to control the northern states by means of energy beam weapons
threats, and rigged elections
I have noticed patterns that indicate that when my life becomes threatened
or I am in extreme pain due to energy beam weapons attacks, and dog stalking,
the weather control around me increases, as if there is a secret governmental
computer system modeling events that occur in my life, with weather control
patterns controlled by a governmental computer system, and consequently,
some government agents and outsourced agents may be targeting my person with
energy beam weapons and dog stalking to discover the changes in the weather
that occur due such threats such as energy beam weapons attacks to my person.
I should also mention that the energy beam weapons targeting me, have changed
the voice patterns, feelings, emotions, and physical phenotype of my person
and body many times by means of energy beam holograms that replace
and jam out my natural spiritual energies with artificially created synthetic
energies, to override the natural feelings, and emotions, and spiritual
communication with the genes to form the body's phenotype. The energy
beam weapons that can simulate synthetic telepathy, feelings, emotions, voice
patterns, and personality patterns, can be automated by a computer system
to also pretend to be persons, and be slightly modified by computer programs
to represent a person in a different way than they are; and then, be beamed
and projected onto other persons and into telephone lines and other electronic
media. I have spoken with friends of mine by email who claim that
subliminal messages and synthetic telepathy energy beams are directed at
them as we speak by email that pretend to be both government agents and a
synthetic virtual reality image which is often the opposite of myself by
means of computer filters that reverse whatever I am trying to do, and project
it onto others around me to create confusion in us and hostility between
us. The energy beam weapons targeting me also create pressure pains,
heat stress, burns, bumps on the skin, and my breathing has been reduced
to a point where I am partially suffocated, which was verified by a hospital
measurement of the amount of oxygen entering my body when I was in the hospital
last year. The hospital staff had to place a tube down my through to
get air into my body for an operation, since the energy beam weapons were
preventing air from getting into my body by means of a normal tubes connected
to the nose. My father is also targeted by energy beam weapons
and is unable to breath normally and he uses an oxygen machine to help him
breath.
I posted some emails and web pages on the internet at some conspiracy web
sites like MSN conspiracy theory and at my personal web page at
http://www.rhfweb.com/personal.html,
showing pictures of myself and the changes that occurred to the phenotype
of my body due to energy beam weapons attacks,; and then, some persons posted
emails hinting that the CIA may have been partially involved, since some
of the energy beam weapons attacks were sent back in time from the
present to the past, to target my person, as if to say that the CIA may be
partially in charge of time travel remote sensing into the past, and energy
beam weapons remote control and experimentation of life forms on Earth.
I also received emails with lists of names of families on them from persons
who claimed that the CIA was working with powerful families primarily in
the south, to target citizens with energy beam weapons.
If your agency has the power to look into the above matters, and speak with
others to stop the energy beam weapons attacks, the dog stalking, and the
weather control attacks upon my person, family, associates and local community
in Lansing, Michigan, I would be grateful. Thanks for your attention
to these matters.
