Below is depicted a 3d animated planned community which I have designed, that has a man made river system that uses gravity to propel the water around the community, and uses a solar powered pump and magnetic principles that cause water to flow upwards by making the water negatively magnetic to pump the water back up to the lake from where it then travels down the man made land aqueduct to the river system by means of gravity. You may notice the water pump in the 3D animated picture below just above the man made water fall. I plan to place in water mills in the water at a later date in the picture to show how the water can be used to generate electricity.

There is also depicted a square community center building, which has a flying or hover craft gyro saucer tower in the center of the community center, next to an underground mini-factory depicted by the 4 green square elevator shafts and doors to offer jobs and self -sustaining goods for the planned community residents. There is a restaurant and some arts and craft art and work shops also in the community center, as well as child , elderly, and health care, and other shared community services like a gym, game room, library, tv room, shared dvd media room, fall out shelter, shared transportation, and security services. On top of the flying saucer gyro tower is a tiny mini-flying saucer or hover craft in the first set of pictures to be used as an emergency air born ambulance and fire truck.

There are also depicted below 3 community neighborhoods which will use self-sustaining technologies like solar and wind power, incineration toilets, rain water and air collected water cisterns, and a shared information network and community media system connected to the community center and all residences. The residences all have fall out shelters, and water cisterns. The planned community also uses air powered hover craft skycars like the ones posted at http://www.moller.com/ skycar hover car to transport around the community. I am designing a 3d animated hover craft sky car geodesic dome home that is also a boat that allows the resident to move their house from one place to another on land and floats on water. At a later date I may place in some air ships with windmills and solar towers attached to their center to generate power and used for communications, security, and police surveillance. Remotely controlled tiny air ships and hover craft may also be used to cary mail and other small packages around the community. If Earth orbit satellites and other communication devices should not work, then local air ship communications satellite dishes can be used as a backup.

There is also a gated fence around the community, and a gated guard tower at each road way entrance. There are depicted in the first set of 3d pictures below victorian street lights which have hover craft or air ship drone security police surveillance ships attached to them to be used and remotely controlled by local police and security officers to stop crimes before they occur by putting the criminal to sleep with sleep induction sound waves. Next week I will update the pictures below to display the farmlands, forests and parks, and road entrance guard towers in it, and a set of old world arts and crafts shops on the main street near the community center which are run by the community residents to offer them jobs and self sustain the community. At a later date I plan to place in the 3d picture below the land, the water cisterns and plumbing, fall out shelters, and underground tunnels and communications and power wire cable connections.

View of a Neighborhood in the above planned community, where each neighborhood street may have a shared mini-community center (WorkShop, Pavilion, Community Center Building), park, and mini-utilities center in addition to the shared main community center and main utilities center that 10 to 20 neighborhood streets may utilize:

Displayed below and above are the ground plans for a prefabricated self-sustaining and self-governing, gated & secure story book trust community that is about 4 square miles (4 miles x 4 miles =16 square miles) in size that can support about (6000 members (2000 Residences) ~ ( 500 Members (150 Residences) per square quarter mile and1 acre of farmland per member ~ 1000 Acres Per Square Mile) ~ 1000 acres (1 square mile) of land in the country costs about 2 to 4 million dollars to purchase and 200,000 to 400,000 in taxes per year ~ 500 million to a billion dollars in trust assets may be needed to purchase trust land, build the properties, pay trust employees, and maintain the properties and members needs over a long time period ~ Initial assets may be acquired through member ship fees, donations, and donated work ~ The community can be built in segments -1 neighborhood (150 residences 500 members ~ 100 million dollars in trust assets) would be built first, and once that neighborhood has been filled up with members then another neighborhood is built ~ Until the trust lands are completely housed with member neighborhoods and farms, the lands are used as farm lands or leased to others to use to pay for land taxes.

* that contains 4 main community shared resource center pyramids located in the center of all of the neighborhoods - one community center pyramid per 500 to 1000 Estates, Apartments and Residences that houses and shares an entertainment center, hospital nursing, child and elderly care, security center, food coop resources, cafeteria, emergency apartments, library, shared media resources, underground fallout shelters, transportation services, and any other shared need and service. There may also be a mini-community center on each street (20 to 50 Residences).

* that contains 1 underground community factory that trust members may work in to produce any goods needed by the community and goods sold outside of the community.

* that contains a main street with story book shops that trust members may work in to sell products, crafts, and goods, and an entertainment center pyramid with a farmers, and arts & crafts market place.

* that contains an education center pyramid and a water tower located in the center of the community near the lake.

* that contains and underground space center located underneath the lake so that space ships may travel through the lake to the underground space center.

* that is surrounded by forests and community coop farmlands, a man made river and lake system, and optionally a security system such as a fencing system, security cameras and sensors, force field antennas to filter out pollution, and noise, energy beam tesla bulbs on the force field antennas and in robotic drones (mini-blimps, drone saucer ships, and robots) to be used in self defense.

Depicted below is a camouflaged remote sensing watch tower 30 to 90 feet high with green bullet

proof plexiglass windows that open up to allow guns, robotics, nano-robotics, and lasers to shoot

through them when needed. The tower has an elevator in it, and uses drop down rope ladders in an

emergency. There may be tiny drone ships, and saucer patrol ships attached to the side of the tower.

The sphere saucer part of the tower may also act as a large flying saucer. These watch

towers should be placed every few hundred yards around the perimeter of the community behind the

security fencing.

Below is a picture of the above remote sensing tower and saucer ships with a blue

ultrasonic sound and tesla neutrino protective energy force field emanating from the

tower by means of Nikola Tesla coils, vacuum projector bulbs, & ultrasonic sound

projectors like the ones used by the Aliens to protect their ships in the War of the

Worlds movie staring Tom Cruise . These protective and filtering force fields can

also be placed around cities quite easily presently to protect them from pollution,

chemtrails, missiles, lasers, harmful energies, biological viruses, spy satellites

and nuclear weapons. Tesla claimed that such force fields could prevent wars.

Below is a picture of a remotely controlled security, communications, power generation center, and

remote sensing airship that uses tubular solar cells and wind turbines placed in a tubes around the

airship to generate power for the ship. These airships can be miniturized and run by computer systems

remotely to remote sense, and defend the community with tiny lasers placed on the ship. A small sound

and tesla energy beam force field placed around the airship would make it safe from most attacks.

Note: The security fencing should be built with 1 to 2 inch thick iron security fencing

used at embassies, so that the fence can not be cut through with a saw very easily. The fence

should be about 10 to 12 feet high, and should have the last upper 3 feet of iron fence above

the last main crossbar of the fence, with its tips pointed somewhat

to prevent ladders and ropes with hooks form being used to scale the fence. 2 to 3 feet of the fence

should be placed below the ground to prevent digging underneath the fence. Here is a picture of

Depicted below is a domed city 1 mile by 1 mile by 1/4 mile high with see through

dome material so that sunlight may pass through:

The picture below is a victorian street light with two security drone ships attached to it, that collect

solar and cosmic energy as power and have remote-viewing sensors, force fields and sound energy beams; so

that the drones, can hover around the community by means of sound wave hovering like bee's fly. The security

drones are remotely controlled by radio wave at the local police station to allow the police to view the

community area remotely and to drive the drones around the community area around the street light area if need

be; and the police can put a criminal to sleep with nonlethal nonpainful sleep induceing sound waves emanating

from the drone. The only wave frequency sound energy beams that may be used in the drones are nonharmfull

sleep inducing ones so that the drones can not harm anyone other can causing them to become drowsy

if a malfunction occurs. This can all be done in club communities on club grounds only legally presently
with permission and consent of the club members. In this way all crimes in the club community can be perfectly

prevented almost instantaneously safely and without any harm to anyone.

Compare this above option where the security drones are used officially and locally as a matter of public record by the local

police so that they can not harm anyone and may be used for good to stop a crime, or terrorist by putting them to sleep

painlessly, to the present policies of many governments of today which use these technologies secretly, illegally, and

criminally in satellites, submarines, and airships to commit crimes, and to harm persons who often are law

abiding and sometimes the most successful and respectable persons in the community. If a satellite system

were shot down or the central government were to change their politics around then all of the towns dependent on them

would be left helpless. But if those towns had security drones as I suggest above in each of their cities, they could

defend themselves locally, legally and ethically even if the satellites were not working. Many towns and nations may never

publicaly vote to make such technologies available to their local police, publicly, and legally due to criminal and secret

elements in their towns and in the government desiring to misuse the technologies for criminal means. However club

communities that I propose above can legally, practically and ethically use the above technologies in their club communities,

so that every member of their community including celebrities, and important persons can walk down the street safely, with

even more privacy than they presently have since only the club police and security professionals may use these technologies

on club grounds and no one else. Club members may hire out a community police officer or security guard to monitor them in

the community legally to protect their safety, so that they do not need any secret societies, or any criminal organizations

as much to protect them.

Note: In order to ensure that the gated communities are safe and secure from all gun accidents and crimes, the gated communities may not allow guns into the gated communities at all, or only allow some guns into the community that are kept locked up and stored at the local community center to be used by the militia only. Some guns may also be stored at community hunting grounds and gun clubs to be leased out to members and used by members only on the hunting grounds or at the gun club. Also community members may be allowed to have stun guns that can stun any person or group of persons for self defense at their residents only. The stun guns can be controlled by radio waves to limit the frequencies to stunning level only, while the militia may use another frequency to raise the stun gun levels to higher levels in defending the community in warfare. Stun guns may be made in operative by means of radio waves when they are taken out of the home, or to a public place. Swords and knives may be allowed at community residences, and at clubs. The community militia, police, and security are responsible for the safety of all members at all times and they are given permission to monitor all public places with cameras, and sensors, to ensure that they are safe at all times for all members. Individual residences and members portable communication devices such as walkie talkies, radios, member I.D. cards with a radio chip, and phones are all connected to the community and automation communication network by means of their computer network on-line member account whereby they may schedule, and give or deny permission for the militia, police, security staff, and registered private security agencies to monitor their residences and person at any time and place in the community to protect their security and safety. In private and public places, a community I.D. card may broadcast the community members ID and location and permission rights, and schedules to monitor their person for their safety and security.

Note: I have found some plans on how to pump water uphill with magnetic pumps and electrostatics by reverting the polarity of the water so that it counters gravity and the water runs uphill, and by the use of solar power water pumps if this fails. I figured it could be possible to create a small man made river that runs in a circle by means of man made pumps. I had planned to bulldoze the land to create giant hills on the outskirts of the community where the man made river would be located. Some of the bull dozed dirt would also be used to place the main community on higher ground above the water level. Magnetic devices and patents given to us by the creator of the universe can be used to run and power the whole community to avoid electric devices and electric pollution if desired. Ordinary sand can be compressed with heat to crystallize it into volcanic black sand which has magnetic properties. If a ditch is dug for a man made river, then the sand in the ditch can be heated to make the ditch waterproof with crystallized black sand, and the magnetic energies from the black sand can energize the water. If small vortexes are created in the man made river by means of stones placed in the river in a v shape and by means of vortex tunnels then the water can be energized to move along the river even along a small slope.

Community roads, and walkways may be made with hardened crystalized black sand cobblestone or pavement that is porous but strong enough to support car or a person, so that water, and cosmic rays may pass through them to prevent cancer caused by cosmic ray deflection, and to allow rain water to pass through the roads to make them safer from water spots. Water drainage , plumbing, and fire hydrant systems are all placed in the space between the road and the sidewalk, so that the roads except at crossways where the drainage systems are connected never need to be torn up to repair them. Also water drains in roads may be connected to water cisterns that filter the water with magnetic vortex technologies so that the water may be reused in fire hydrants and in the community water system. All community residences, produce their own water locally by means of a modified air conditioner-dehumidifier that collects water from the air at a rate of about 3 gallons per hour, and by means of water cisterns that collect rain water and underground well water. All community residences incinerate all trash, and waste in at their residences locally, so that no waste plumbing pipes are needed at all in the community.

* Indoor accelerated and pressurized hydroponic food growing technologies may be used so that not as much farm land may be needed. Hydroponic farmlands and additional housing can be placed underground.

* The community centers have a shared car, bus, & truck pool. I planned to use tiny remotely controlled solar powered blimps and air drone saucer ships to transport farm goods, and items across the farmlands from one place to another. I have some plans that I have purchased on how to build magnetic and electrostatic hover-cars . For larger communities, magnetic hover trains -http://www.transrapid-usa.com/main.asp can be used. To make the gated communities accident free, magnetic maglev hover cars connected to a track as shown in the movie Logan's Run, could be used so that all maglev cars are remotely controlled by a computer system that may be made available upon request at any residence. Also electric cars could also be used, that are partially remotely controlled by radio waves to prevent accidents and limit the speed of the car. Community members may also use mopeds as a back up in emergencies, if the maglev hover cars are not working.

Also displayed below is a plan for 9 of the above 3 x 3 mile communities which are placed in the outer rim of a 9 x9 or 10 x 10 square mile area, which has a university, and a 3 x 3 square mile area in the center which is farmlands, parklands, forestlands, main made hills, lakes, river system, waterfalls, rivendell like valley, with enchanted fairy tale forest lands, connected to underground caverns in addition to those that are allocated in each 3 x 3 mile area for each community.

* Note: Crystals may be engineered with nanotechnology and microbiology to grow from sunlight so that they could be used to grow into huge crystal domes like the ones in the Logans Run movie or floating crystal Islands at sea used to enclose small cities.

* Since the above communities are self-sustaining and use advanced health and cryogenics to sustain, enhance and extend life indefinatly, the may use remote viewing into the future to plan ahead to design idealistic societies and social cycles that offer the best life possible for their citizens, and allow their citizens to engineer their own lives ahead time foresee them, and the forget and live them as shown in the movie Total Recall.

* These above pre-planned communities are crime free in the sense that every

member of the community is guaranteed a safe and secure life in the

communities free of crime, by making a contract with the community

which hires security guards and agencies, police, and militia, to

monitor all public places and may monitor every split second of every

persons life in public and in private places if the community member

desires so. The communities are engineered so that it is almost

impossible and unnecessary to commit a crime in them. Since the

communities are carded, gated and secure, all members in the

community are accounted for at all times for their own security and

safety by means of a community membership, I.D. card, and radio-tele-

communications chip on the ID card, and no outsiders or nonmembers

may enter the community which reduces a great deal of crime.

If a crime should occur the communities all have a trust fund to

compensate the victim of the crime. The communities all have a space

age legal system in which the need for jails and prisons for the most

part has been eliminated for most minor crimes by fineing or limiting

community privileges when community rules are broken, or by banishing

or relocating the community member from the community when a major or

repetitive rule breaking occurs, and this saves the community a great

deal in legal, court and prison costs, so that the extra funds may be

used to compensate the victims of a serious crime. It is also very

difficult to frame an innocent person of a crime in such a

community. Since most crimes are simply fined and not made public,

innocent persons charged with a crime are yet able to maintain their

reputation and life style in the community, or may simply relocate to

any other community at any time.

Since victims of a crime are offered a guaranteed compensation from

the community trust even if the crime is not provable, and often a

violation of community rules results in a simple minor fine, many

minor crimes and violations of community rules can be resolved out of

court by plea bargaining with the community justice of the peace or

tribunal. Community members who claim that a crime has occurred,

which is not provable are required to have a community security guard

monitor them to ensure the crime does not occur again, in order for

them to receive an guaranteed compensation from the community

trust;in this way, community members can not repetitively claim a

crime has occurred that is not provable, since they will be monitored

after the first occurrence of a crime has been reported.

Since all members of the community receive from the community all

that they need for a healthy and happy life, and all members are

required and offered the best space age health healing services to

offer them perfect health and eternal youth so that age is less

significant, very few crimes should occur based on age, health or

generational warfare. Since the communities are run and managed

locally by highly ethical and well trained professional security

guards, police, and community elders and leaders, and all community

members are required to attend community meetings once a month or

weekly to train them on community ethics and responsibilities, the

community as a whole will have a very strong will power and a very

high ethics that should prevent most crimes from occurring.

All community members are required to have a community elder assigned

to them who consuls with them regularly from early childhood and

throughout their whole life which also will prevent most crimes and

any other type of tragedy or misfortune from occurring. Since all

community members may be assigned a new identity and relocated to

another part of the community or a new community whenever desired,

and since all community members may live as long as they desire in

perfect health or rest in peace in secure eternally monitored

cryogenic community chambers, all members of the community, should

feel safe and secure throughout their whole lives, and this also

reduces the occurrence of crime, and need for secret societies.

Since the communities also offer virtual reality memory management

like in the movie Total Recall so that persons may pre-engineer their

life and forget some things; and since the communities offer adult

fantasy land communities, many different types of segregate and

integrated cultures to choose from and relocate to, and entertainment

services, this also reduces crime, stress, and cultural conflict.

Since the communities are pre-engineered and tested to run and

maintain themselves over long time periods, politics and political

change is not needed, and most community governmental positions may

be part time which reduces crime, cost, and stabilizes the

communities over long time periods.

Since the communities are enclosed environments by means of energy

force fields or domes, the environments may be engineered to be

perfectly healthy, and vibrant, which reinforces the communities will

power, desire to live, and ethics over long time periods.

Since the communities all have advanced space ship transportation

technologies, to allow all of their members to safely relocate to a

new community in an emergency, all members of the community can fell

safe and secure.

Since advanced robotics and drone ship technologies, remote sensing,

force fields, and energy beam technologies are used as part of the

community local militia and in security services and guards, all

community members can also feel safe and secure under most

circumstances, even when the community may need to defend itself in

warfare.

Since any member in the community may also make a private contract

with any community for any need or desire or pre-engineered

lifestyle they may have, such as certain community privileges to

protect their privacy, personal image, culture or class, then most

individual needs, desires, and concerns should be resolved locally in

a peaceful, and professional manner.

Later larger pre-planned self sustaining gated and secure crime free

club communities of 10,000 to 50,000 residences may be built which

may also be domed like the Logun's run city in the Logun's run movie,

which may cost 4 billion to 20 billion to build. Such communities are

designed, remodeled and tested to run and maintain themselves for

thousands of years if not forever. Such communities are designed to

offer, protect and preserve hundreds of different types pre-planned

wide variety of different cultures that individuals may choose to

join, which encourages peaceful communities, since individuals may

relocate to a community that best fits them . Such communities

which are designed to preserve civilization in a peaceful way may

stabilize Earth's future to be more peaceful. With a trillion

dollar trust investment a hundred or more self sustaining gated and

secure domed communities could be built world wide from 2030 to 2090.

[Crime Free Communities ]

Mini Arts and Craft Center very similar to a farmers market may be setup in neighborhoods of a few hundred residents or more to allow the residents to work on arts and craft projects together and sell them at the center market place as depicted below in the picture. Basic arts and craft tools, and materials may be stored and shared for use at the center so that community members may work on projects together such as wood working, quilt making, iron work, glass making, and painting ). This also allows elder residents to work with younger residents in the neighborhood to teach them new skills and crafts :
