Building Costs : 200,000 to 1,000,000 million dollar Club House & Entertainment Center price depending on number of anticipated members - For Large Cities of 1 million or more 400 to 2000 or more selected members by invitation only who pay 1000 dollars a year for basic standard membership fees should be minimal, and for small cities of 100,000 or more 200 to 1000 members may still be possible. Members are encouraged to attend the club house for entertainment, or to practice their art, craft, trade or profession with other members artists, crafstmen, and professionals. Writers may attend the club house to write their books while chatting with each other for new ideas and while enjoying the club house entertainment. Professionals and celebrities who may not be able to relax at a newsstand in public places, may come to the club house to relax and read a news paper and enjoy the entertainment or foods served.
The club house will have security guards and strict back ground checks for all members selected, and strict club etiquette rules for members to allow even celebrities the privacy they may desire. In small towns and large towns, some of the members invited may be business persons, college students of note, and others who desire a more refined life style. Regular austrian and victorian style period ballroom dances may be held once a month, with some hired actors and dancers who dance on the floor in the style of the period, so that members may come and casually watch or join the dance themselves. Crafts persons may set up schedules at the club house for their craft persons to show up and work and share their craft trade with each other, while enjoying the club house entertainment.
The club house may be open to the general public a few times a month for special events and fund raising. Members of the club may promote and sell thier goods at the club house arts and crafts market outside the club house on special occasions.
