1. I have started ,own, and manage 20 trust companies as posted at [Trust Companies That I Own and Manage] since 1991. The [Radiation Health Foundation Trust Co. ©] is best known  in official Business Who's Who indexes, since I had originally started it as an IRS approved Incorporated Non-profit charity for 4 years before dissolving the company and restarting it as a common law trust company.  But presently I can not accept investments and donations to further the company goals due to problems with the government and gangs harassing me and my associates with spying, stalking, and energy beam weapons to discourage investments and further company activities.  [Investment plans]

I have been presently studying virtual reality, robotics, and artificial intelligence programming (Java and Java3D, C++, VRML, Caligari Game Space, & DarkBasic 3D Game Programming, 3D Animation and Modeling Software ) to design some self-sustaining community programs that model, simulate, and automate the communities such as

4. I am presently a published author under the pseudonym [Baron Von Volsung © ] with the book [Hidden Realms (Poems & Tales) by Baron Von Volsung © ] and the article [The History and Future of the USA Constitution and Western Law ] as examples of some of my writings.  I am working on writing a fantasy novel that describes life in an idealistic fantasy community that incorporates many of the ideas that I have develop and proposed for new age self-sustaining community plans as posted at the [Architectural Engineers (AE) © ] website, which could be adapted to become a Graphic Anime Novel.  

I have also written a few ideas on themes and scripts for new movies that I feel should be encouraged.  Under a new identity I hope to start a media  and movie company which sells tailor made shared media programs, TV, movie, and radio music packages to local neighborhoods and communities, to allow local neighborhoods to own and share media by means of a shared local neighborhood community media center that may be connected to each residence by means of a neighborhood fiber optic network; so that, residents and local neighborhoods may choose to control the media content that they prefer to watch, and at the same time share media resources with local residents.  

In addition the media and movie companies that I propose starting would also produce movies, TV, music, and radio programs that hire many more actors and musicians perhaps from Broadway and Universities, who would happily work for a little bit less to make may more high quality artistic media products than Hollywood and other centralized media companies presently produce.  I feel that there should be a 1000 fold  increase in choice and number of popular media celebrities and icons, so that many more entertainment options are made available, and so that celebrities and popular media icons become more common place, so that they too can live more normal lives.  In a modern space age society, every neighborhood and local community should have their own TV channel, movies stars  and celebrities which should be quite common just as Andy Warhol predicted that in the future everyone will have their 15 minutes of fame.   

I also hope to start a news media program that would produce a news channel and news paper which publishes positive and a happy news events primarily in the headlines and feature articles such as local and international artistic, business, and social events, and simply lists negative news events such a crimes and trashy political events and propaganda at the end of the program or at the end of the newspaper so that viewers who wish to not hear or read about such negative and trashy things can switch the channel at that time or not read the last few pages of the news paper.  The viewers may also select the news media content that most interests them, so that those news media programs are played first or only.  It would also be nice to allow viewers to select the types of commercials that they prefer to watch and are interested in that may support in part some of the media options that they prefer to watch so that when they watch TV or cable their preferred set of commercials are also played for them uniquely.

I am presently working on writing some folk songs, rock ballads, modern space age Wagnerian classical epic ballads which I would hope to prefect under a new identity when I could also better study and practice piano, guitar and other musical instruments.  It is almost impossible to learn and play a musical instrument properly with energy beam weapons attacks changing the muscle patterns and neuron memories daily, so I have avoided the practice of the piano so that I do not acquire bad piano playing habits.

I feel that my present writing style is to logical and limited in vocabulary due to problems I have with energy beam weapons restricting my vocabulary range presently. Under a new identity where my vocabulary is not restricted by energy beam weapons, I should be able to write more fluently, romantically and naturally. I have been working on compiling a Modern Day Gentleman's and Lady's Etiquette Handbook which includes a list of phrases, quotes, toasts, polite jokes, conversational topics and stories, speech boiler plates and rules that all gentle persons and writers may use to improve their writing and speaking style.

5. I also hope to start some trust companies to promote research into electrostatic hover cars, planned communities like in the movie Logan's Run that may use advanced transportation technologies, and space travel technologies.  I feel that every state and community should have its own factories  [ Universal Multipurpose Factories © ] to produce the basic needs of the community to make them more self sustaining and secure, such as transportation products, so I would hope to encourage building generic small factories and companies world wide in every local community and owned and run locally, that can build any type of advanced space age and basic product that any community may need.

6. Under a new identity, I hope to buy some land to farm on, to build an enchanted story book estate [Personal Estate Plans], and to practice the arts and crafts that are needed to make an estate self sustaining, so that I would have gained the experience I may need to start companies to build self sustaining, safe and secure fantasy story book entertainment clubs, estates, neighborhoods, apartment complexes, universities, and small towns world wide as proposed below.  I hope to first  seek investments to build a small safe and secure co-op shared apartment complex club [Secure Apartments and Condominiums] and [Entertainment Clubs] that carefully selects their members, so that even celebrities and other famous and important persons could live in them safely and socialize with others freely and privately at the shared resource, cafeteria, and entertainment centers.   Then later, after I have gained some experience and proven success, I may seek investments to build private fantasy estates, and neighborhoods, and finally much later small towns and universities as listed below:
